Our housing is affordable and conveniently situated among local shops as well as nature. With all appliances included and a variety of amenities, you’ll be provided with quality living during your residence with us. Applications and intake interviews are processed centrally at the MHA Office. The Magnolia Office Center is located at 100 Meadowbrook Lane, Magnolia, Arkansas 71753, and is open to the public Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM. Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Office Hours for Walk-Ins: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Office Hours for Call-Ins: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM


Magnolia Housing Authority

Due to upcoming cold weather in Magnolia, we encourage all residents to take the following precautions to stay safe and prevent damage to your home:

Drip ALL faucets with cold water to help prevent frozen pipes
Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate
Keep your thermostat set to a consistent temperature, even overnight
Stock up on non-perishable food items, water, medications, and essentials
Dress in layers and keep blankets available
Check on elderly neighbors or those with special needs
Report any maintenance issues immediately to prevent further damage
