Applications and intake interviews are processed centrally at the MHA Office. The Magnolia Office Center is located at 100 Meadowbrook Lane, Magnolia, Arkansas 71753, and is open to the public Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM. Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Office Hours for Walk-Ins: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Office Hours for Call-Ins: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM


Magnolia Housing Authority

The Magnolia Housing Authority announces that they will hold a Public Hearing concerning their Annual and Five-Year Plans. The Annual and Five-Year Plans provide a “road map” for the Housing Authority’s programs.

The Public Hearing will be held on April 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at the Hospitality House, located at 100 Meadowbrook Lane. If you have any questions, you may call (870) 234-5540.
