The Magnolia Housing Authority was proud to host a successful two-day Maintenance Stand-Alone Conference, bringing together maintenance professionals from housing authorities across the region for hands-on training and skill development.
Participants received practical, hands-on instruction in drywall repair, GFCI replacement, plumbing, heating and air systems, and more using actual apartment units as training spaces.
We would like to thank everyone who attended and helped make this event a success. A special thank you to our maintenance team for sharing their knowledge and expertise throughout the conference.
We would also like to recognize our Board President, Monty Harrington, for generously preparing meals for attendees, and Quan Moore with Entergy Arkansas for providing valuable information on electrical safety, how the power system works, and customer assistance programs such as Single Stop.
Finally, thank you to our office staff for their hard work behind the scenes. Their planning and dedication helped make this conference a memorable and successful event.
