1. Apply for LIHEAP now through CADC–especially during mass intake days like July 10 in Magnolia.
2. Inquire about Weatherization Assistance when you apply.
3. Apply for LIHWAP at CADC (1503 N. Vine) to help cover water bills.
4. If LIHEAP isn’t enough or isn’t available, call Dollar Energy Fund for additional assistance.
5. Call 211 (800-482-8049) for help finding local help for utilities and other essentials
