Once you’ve confirmed you meet the income requirements, it’s time to apply for housing. You can apply for housing through our convenient online form.
Step three
Bring your required documents
Once you’ve filled out our online application, you will need to schedule an in-person visit to bring us a list of required documents. See the list of items we need below.
Step four
Get on the waiting list
There is currently a waiting list for housing with the Magnolia Housing Authority. Once your application is submitted, you will be placed on the waiting list until a unit is available to fit your needs.
