Hospitality House Rules
Magnolia Housing Authority
In receiving the building key, you do hereby agree to comply with all rules for the use of the Hospitality House. Failure to comply with all of the rules for the use of the Hospitality House will result in a service charge for the use of said building.
- NO SMOKING.
- All tables and chairs must be set back up in the position they were in prior to your use.
- All tables must be wiped off with a damp cloth.
- Floors must be dust mopped and any spills must be wet mopped.
- ALL trash (kitchen& restroom) must be removed from the building and placed in the dumpster.
- If any cookware or utensils belonging to the Hospitality House are used during your visit, these must be washed and returned to their storage space.
- No food items belonging to the Hospitality House that are stored in the cabinets, refrigerators, or freezers are to be used during your visit without prior approval. All food items that you bring with you must be removed from the premises when you leave.
- Be sure all toilets are flushed before leaving.
- Please be sure thermostats are set at 68°(for heat), or 78°(for cool) before leaving.
- Be sure all doors are locked before leaving.
- The key to the building must be personally turned in at the Central Office on the first workday following your use of the building.
- Be sure all inside and outside lights are turned off when you leave.
