The Housing Authority of the City of Magnolia, Arkansas is pleased to announce that the Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the FORTIFIED Roofing Services Project (Roof Mitigation – 2026) is now available below.
We are extending the bid submission deadline to Monday, May 4, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
This project includes roof mitigation and replacement services in accordance with FORTIFIED™ roofing standards. Interested contractors are encouraged to review the full IFB for detailed scope, requirements, and submission guidelines.
