• Answering questions about electric bills

What to Bring for LIHEAP Applications:

Please bring the following documents if you need assistance applying for LIHEAP:

• Valid ID
• Social Security card
• Proof of all household income
• Copies of your most recent electric bills
• Copy of your lease agreement (if you live in subsidized housing or utilities are included in your rent)
